Yes. The "kiosk" keeps working with no connection and syncs sign-offs when it’s back online.

A kitchen can’t stop because the wifi drops. The "kiosk" works locally, so staff keep signing checks with no connection. Sign-offs queue in an outbox and upload once the tablet is back online.
Records are write-once per venue, date and check, so nothing is duplicated or overwritten when several tablets sync — the first write wins and the log stays honest.
Config (checks, staff, ranges) is edited in the portal and pulled down to the "kiosks"; the "kiosks" push their sign-offs up. That split keeps multi-tablet venues consistent.
