🏬 How do multiple locations work?
One account, many venues. Standard checks are shared by reference; each venue keeps its own team.
This is general guidance. Food-safety rules can change — always verify the current requirements with your national food-safety authority ↗. The operator remains responsible for compliance; we accept no liability for this information.
One account can hold several venues — useful for a chain or an owner with more than one place. Each venue has its own roles, PINs, scheduled checks and "kiosk", and the manager can switch between them in the portal.
Shared vs local
- Standard checks are defined once at the org level and applied to every venue by reference — edit the standard once and it updates everywhere, no copying
- Local checks belong to a single venue
- Per-venue overrides let one venue disable a standard or use a different target range (e.g. a fridge with a different limit)
A new venue starts with no local checks and inherits the org standards automatically.
