📤 Can I get records out for an inspection?

Yes — view any date range and export to CSV, or print a clean records sheet.

The Records view shows sign-offs for today, yesterday, the last 7 or 30 days, or any custom from–to range. A single day shows as a sheet; a range shows as a matrix.

Export the whole range to CSV, including any missed checks and manager annotations
Print or save a records sheet as PDF for the inspector or your files
Manager annotations on missed checks are included, so the record explains gaps honestly

You don’t assemble a folder before a visit — the documented history is already there, per date, for any range you pick.
