💳 How does billing work — and can I cancel?

Per-venue subscription via Stripe, 30-day free trial, cancel any time in the portal.

HORECA is billed per venue, monthly, through Stripe — the same secure billing that runs the LocalPartner account. One account, one invoice. VAT is added only for businesses registered in Estonia (+22%); customers elsewhere pay no VAT.

The essentials

30-day free trial — no card charged during it
Cards and SEPA direct debit; receipts by email
Change plan, update your card or cancel any time from the billing page
Extra venues and team members are priced per unit as you add them

Your subscription pays for HORECA; the LocalPartner staff-discount platform is included on the same account at no extra charge.

Cancelling stops future billing; your records stay exportable so you keep your documentation.
